I love Panda Massage. Have been a regular customer for many years. All the staff are very experienced in their work and the atmosphere is professional, friendly and enjoyable. I have never had a bad experience and love the deep tissue 60 min massage

I booked and paid $100 for a full body massage, but it was a very disappointing experience. The therapist only used her arms to rub my back with oil and didn’t even touch my shoulders, chest, tummy, or legs — that’s definitely not a full body massage. She even walked out in the middle of my session to talk to other customers, which was very unprofessional. At one point, a man came in without a warning, which made the whole situation uncomfortable and awkward. Overall, it felt completely unprofessional and not worth the money. I won’t be going back and don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper massage experience. Its a total waste of money and bad experience here!

Paid for a full body massage and it was terrible, it felt rushed and the massage was not evenly distributed. When I was told to turn over I was only given 2 minute face rub. My biceps, hamstrings and feet were completely neglected.

The massage itself was really good and fairly well priced. The staff were quite rude when I came into enquire about an appointment. They also spent 15 minutes trying to get my health cover to work and a further 10 minutes trying to get my iPad registration to work after filling it in. Have decided I’m going to choose a different option from now on. Sorry guys.
